ENOC's Tasjeel has signed a contract to become the sole provider of vehicle registration tests for Al-Futtaim Logistics, which has a fleet of 600 vehicles.

Burhan Al Hashemi, MD of ENOC Retail, stated: “The partnership with Al-Futtaim Logistics is strategically aligned with Tasjeel’s values of safety and best-in-class customer service.”

As part of the agreement, Tasjeel will provide vehicle inspection services prior to registration to enable the quick, reliable and secure commissioning of Al-Futtaim Logistics’ extensive fleet.

Raman Kumar, MD of Al-Futtaim Logistics, commented: “Al-Futtaim Logistics owes its success to its longevity, extensive client network, and wide customer base. We hope that this partnership results in uninterrupted service to our customers, safer roads, knowledge sharing and success.”

Al Hashemi added that such “strategic agreements” proved the mutual compatibility of UAE-born entities, while Kumar noted that the collaboration would “naturally yield synergies”.

Established in 1980, Al-Futtaim Logistics provides integrated supply chain solutions across 150 countries and manages over 1.2 million square meters of warehousing and yard space with its own fleet and operational centres located in major air and sea hubs across the country.

Tasjeel conducts all the mandatory tests required for vehicle registration — for which it operates 11 sites and five mobile units in Dubai, Sharjah, Khorfakkan, Al Dhaid and Hatta, providing its service to over one million customers in the UAE.
