Liugong Launches New-Generation F-Series Excavators
The sixth-generation excavators integrate technology, intelligence and environmental protection to help LiuGong meet future market needs.
Compared with the previous generations of excavators, Liugong's new F-series excavators have more models and size classes, including standard ones for the Chinese market and short-tail and zero-tail swing ones for the Western European and North American markets. The products comply with the latest regulations of China and Europe on emission.
Liugong has launched excavators of different size classes (large-, medium- and small-sized). The series has 15 product sub-platforms with over 40 size classes ranging from 1.5 to 90 tons, which covers more than 90% of the global market demand. Mini excavators of less than 6 tons are divided into more size classes.
In addition to basic models, the F-series excavators also have variants with accessories for different purposes, including excavation, demolition, forestry, material handling, and recycling.
The F series excavators are equipped with the latest electronically controlled hydraulic system consisting of a main pump with large displacement, a low-speed and high-torque engine and a main electro-hydraulic proportional control valve for better management of flow distribution. An intelligent cooling system controls the fan speed in real time according to the temperature of water, oil and intercooler. With these systems, the F-series excavators provide high operating efficiency and low oil consumption (about 15 to 20% lower than that of the previous generation of products).
The 9018F is a 1.8-ton conventional hydraulic excavator developed on the LiuGong F-series platform and adopting swing arm deflection and variable track technologies. It is able to pass through a passage as narrow as 1 meter wide and equipped with an adjustable and locked hydraulic system with the maximum pump displacement. The 9025F model is equipped with an adjustable and locked hydraulic system with the maximum pump displacement. The 906F is a 6-ton hydraulic excavator developed on LiuGong F-series platform, boasting a new and simple appearance, low oil consumption and high operating efficiency, excellent controllability, comfortable operating environment with good visibility and low vibration, and fully-open rear engine cover for easy maintenance. It can be used for various purposes such as farmland water conservancy, housing, public facilities, and urban transformation.
The 922F is a new-generation 22-ton hydraulic excavator independently developed by LiuGong. It adopts a fully electronically controlled hydraulic system and intelligent heat dissipation technology. The excavator boasts high operating efficiency, low oil consumption and low noise. Serving multiple purposes including excavation, leveling, crushing and lifting, it can be used in different projects such as roads, construction, water conservancy and mining.
The 926F is a new-generation 25-ton hydraulic excavator independently developed by LiuGong. It adopts a fully electronically controlled hydraulic system and intelligent heat dissipation technology. The excavator boasts high operating efficiency, low oil consumption and low noise. Serving multiple purposes including excavation, leveling, crushing and lifting, it can be used in different projects such as roads, demolition, water conservancy and mining.
The 936F is a new-generation intelligent hydraulic excavator carefully built by LiuGong. The 990F is a new-generation intelligent hydraulic excavator that adopts a fully electronically controlled advanced hydraulic system, heavy-duty structure and optimized crushing design.
