German Gulf Enterprises has confirmed the initial acquisition of nine Doosan machines to expand its rental fleet to a total of 117 machines.

The new Doosan machines include two DL420A wheel loaders, three DX140W wheel excavators, two DX420LCA excavators and two DX35Z compact excavators.

From their dedicated base in Sharjah’s Sajaa Industrial Area, German Gulf’s rental operations have an strong reputation in the UAE market by providing construction equipment with highly skilled operators and 24/7 support to ensure maximum productivity and flexibility, with numerous attachments for a wide range of applications.

The fleet was expanded earlier in 2020 to include aerial work platforms and lighting towers, with further plans to offer a range of new products into segments GGE was not previously serving.

Mark Johnson, General Manager at German Gulf Enterprises, said: "As we have all experienced over the past few months, the availability of funding for capital purchases has been extremely limited, so as well as the expansion of the rental fleet to provide more off-balance sheet equipment for clients, GGE are now able to offer various flexible financial solutions for the acquisition of new Doosan machines, including Lease-to-own, trade-backs and attractive long-term rental packages with or without operators.

"All Doosan machines come with market-leading warranty and maintenance packages.

"Despite the unknown long-term effects of the COVID crisis, German Gulf are planning for growth throughout 2020 & 2021 with several exciting new expansion areas as well as continuing to build on the strong existing business through our divisions including Construction Equipment, Hydraulics, Welding & Cutting, Industrial Supplies, Workshop Services and Rental."
